The EBike Factory lineup includes a 48V 21Ah pack and a 48V 14Ah pack built with name-brand cells. Key specs to confirm: cell brand and grade, nominal capacity, charge cycles (typically 500-800), IP rating for weather resistance, and BMS protection for overcharge, over-discharge and short circuit.
Safety and logistics: lithium packs must ship as dangerous goods with the correct UN38.3 documentation. We ship batteries with the required paperwork, and spare cells are stocked for after-sales replacement programs.
